Description

Cell culture is widely used in various fields such as biology, medicine, and new drug research and development, and has become one of the most important basic sciences. Establishing an appropriate cell culture scheme can better improve experimental efficiency and stability and save costs. However, in the traditional cell culture process, the medium mostly contains FBS or FCS. As many unknown compositions contained in serum can inhibit or stimulate cells, thus interfering with the experiment, and due to the uncertainty of serum, different batches have different influences on the experiment, resulting in decreased repeatability of the experiment. Therefore, we have developed a serum-free medium for lymphocyte, which can effectively avoid the influence of serum quality changes and serum compositions on experimental studies, and improve the repeatability of cell culture and experimental results. Storage Conditions and Period of Validity The period of validity is one year in storage conditions.
