The most commonly used staining system is called H&E (Hematoxylin and Eosin). H&E mainly contains the two dyes hematoxylin and eosin. Hematoxylin are often employed to color the nuclei of cells blue. Eosin is an acidic dye, it stains cytoplasm red or pink. By hematoxylin eosin staining of cell smear or tissue section, the nuclei will be stained blue purple, the cytoplasm, muscle fiber, collagen fiber, etc. will show different degrees of red, and the red cells will show orange red. Biosci™ Hematoxylin-Eosin Staining Solution uses the optimized combination reagent, which can make the staining tissue structure-clear and coloring-sustained.
Product characteristic
More stable: Adopting an improved formula, it is more stable and has no metal film.
More dyeing tablets: Each set of reagents can stably dye more than 2000 tablets.
Gorgeous coloring: Eosin has a new formula to make cytoplasm staining more gorgeous, and the contrast between cytoplasm and nucleus is obvious.
Simpler operation: It can improve working efficiency and save reagent cost when used with slide stainer.
Highly targeted: This staining solution is especially suitable for tissue section staining.
More standardized: Using standard formula and staining procedure is more conducive to the standardization of pathology and cytology diagnosis
Interpretation of Test Results
Nuclei show blue purple. Cytoplasm, intercellular substance and fibrin show pink to red. And the red cells would show orange red.
