A. General Description SuperCulture™ GF20 Plus MSC Xeno-Free SFM is a medium for Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hMSCs), which contains no serum or animal origin compositions. It can be used for primary culture and subsequent amplification and passage culture of mesenchymal stem cells from the tissues such as human bone marrow, umbilical cord and fat, and maintain their trilineage differentiation potential into mesoderm. This product has superior proliferation promoting ability and short doubling time, which can save precious primary cells and experiment time for you. B. Product Features 1. The product adopts the serum-free medium, which greatly reduces the variation between batches; 2. The product contains no exogenous animal protein composition, which greatly reduces the risk of contamination by mycoplasma and the like; 3. The product is suitable for hMSCs primary separation and subsequent amplification and passage culture of human mesenchymal stem cells from a variety of tissues such as umbilical cord, bone marrow and fat, and the cultured cells can be used for production or scientific research; 4. The product has high amplification efficiency, which saves the culture time; 5. The product can maintain the trilineage differentiation capacity of hMSCs; 6. A culture plate does not need to be wrapped in the culture process. C. Specifications Type A with phenol red or Type B without phenol red: Each kit contains 1 x 490ml M200 Serum free medium and 1 x 10ml F20 Plus MSC Supplement. D. Storage Conditions and Period of Validity M200: 2 to 8°C away from light, 1 year. F20 Plus: -80 to -20°C away from light, 1 year. The mixture of the two: 2 weeks if stored at 2℃ to 8℃.
