Instant PBS-T Buffer is white to off-white instant granules, and each pack of this product can produce 1 L of 1 ×PBS-T Buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of PBS-T are sodium chloride, potassium chloride, phosphate and Tween-20. The concentration of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and phosphate in 1 × PBS-T Buffer is 137 mM, 2.7 mM and 10 mM respectively, and the content of Tween-20 is 0.05%. Intended Use Instant PBS-T Buffer contains the non-ionic blocking detergent Tween-20, which is widely used in immunoassay tests such as ELISA and WB, and is commonly used as wash buffer, as well as for antibody dilution and preparation of blocking buffer.
