Instant HEPES Buffer is white to off-white instant granules, and each pack of this product can produce 1 L of 1 ×HEPES Buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of HEPES are Tris, HEPES, EDTA and SDS. The concentration of Tris, MES and EDTA in 1 ×HEPES Buffer is 50 mM, 50 mM and 2 mM respectively, and the content of SDS is 0.1%. Intended Use Instant HEPES Buffer is a kind of protein gel electrophoresis buffer commonly used in biological experiments, and is often used in biochemical diagnostic kits, DNA/RNA extraction kits and PCR diagnostic kits.
