The EPS insulated box with partial vacuum insulation is suitable for small aircrafts and is used for global airfreight medical shipments. The underside feet guarantee easy loading by forklift. The box achieves a validated transit time of 48 to 72 hours. Depending on the configuration, passive fluid elements such as 4 C accumulators in combination with ICE accumulators or freezer accumulators are used to maintain the prescribed internal temperature even at extreme external temperatures.
