Description
This container includes a boric acid preservative which allows the storage and transport of the urine sample to the laboratory.
The boric acid supports the viability of the bacteria while preventing further multiplication.
This preservative does not alter the characteristics of the urine and will not affect analysis. The bacteria remain viable for 24-48 hours or more, depending on the type of microorganisms.
Boric acid quantity: 0.4 gr. Sterile by ethylene oxide.
