Dialyse-CD 4.0 Part B is used by the Cell-Dyn 4000, Sapphire hematological analyzer red blood cell hemolysing reagent for the assay of white blood cell count, viable white blood cell count, lymphocyte count, monocyte cell count, eosinophil cell count, basophil cell count, neutrophil cell count, nucleated red blood cell.
SUMMARY AND PRINCIPLE
A sample volume of a whole blood specimen is aspirated into the analyzer where a portion of it is automatically diluted with DiatonSheath-CD 4.0. A portion of this first dilution is further diluted with DiatonSheath-CD 4.0. Portion of this dilution is then introduced into impedance cell for an impedance count of the red blood cell count (RBC) and the thrombocyte count (PLT) and a portion is introduced into the flow cell for an optical count of red blood cells and thrombocytes. A portion of the aspirated blood sample is diluted and and stained by two reagents (Dialyse-CD 4.0 Part A and Dialyse-CD 4.0 Part B) for white blood cell count (WBC), viable white blood cell count (WVF), lymphocyte count (LYM), monocyte cell count (MONO), eosinophil cell count (EO), basophil cell count (BASO), neutrophil cell count (NEU), nucleated red blood cell (nRBC) measurement in the flow cell. DiatonSheath-CD 4.0 is used by the instrument for hydrodinamic focusing of the stained cells in the flow cell. Consult your specific instrument Operator?s Manual for additional information with respect to procedures and principles for whole blood hematological analysis.
