From surface disinfection to light polymerization – UV chambers can be used in many ways
The M-series units are perfectly suited for the laboratory or a small production. They differ primarily in dimensions, therefore suitable for different batch sizes.
The units are equipped with an electronic timer from 0 – 999h, as well as an operating hours counter.
Robust construction
Ideal for laboratory and manufacturing
Can be equipped with lamps of different wavelengths
High radiation intensity with low heat generation
Lamp control
Environmentally friendly disinfection without chemicals
DINIES UV chambers can be equipped with UV lamps of different wavelengths, which makes the devices very flexible and suitable for a wide range of applications.
The operating temperature is max. 40°C for a short start-up and approx. 50°C for a longer operating time. Thus, in contrast to medium or high-pressure emitters, where temperatures of up to 800°C can be reached, even temperature-sensitive materials can be brought very close to the emitters.
This considerably increases the UV intensity on the surface of the parts and thus shortens the processing time. The irradiation time is set by means of an electronic (999h) timer. The materials are easily and safely placed under the UV lamps by means of a smooth-running drawer.
