MIXING, GRANULATING AND DRYING IN COMBINATION The granulation line CCS-RC made by DIOSNA is a space-saving pilot plant consisting of a mixer granulator and a fluid bed processor. It is operated via two control terminals that serve for controlling of the two devices. The two parts of the plant can be equipped with different container sizes without the need of tools. This is the reason why the flexible adaptation to the process is possible. The completely closed product transfer is the ideal precondition for container applications. The compact design and the good accessibility of all components allow easy and fast cleaning. The two parts of the equipment can also be operated individually.
