The DIOSNA Vertical Centrifugal Coater VCC is an alternative coating technology that has many advantages over the conventional tablet coating coaters.
The VCC convinces with outstanding coating results even in case of products with unfavourable flow characteristics. Due to the high drying performance of the VCC and the optimised product flow, the process times are shorter by more than 50 % compared with conventional coaters.
Discharge in the VCC 25-150 is automatically controlled and with this, it provides outstanding preconditions for containment applications.
