VACUSERA ESR RACK FOR CLOSED SYSTEM
VACUSERA ESR Rack is made up of a plastic frame with a graduation scale indicating ESR values
It is suitable for the ESR tests for subjects of different gender and ages, with higher related coefficient comparing with the Westergren method
Delivers the 1 hour Westergren value after 30 min. reading time
Specimen Collection and Processing :
1. Gently invert ESR tubes 5-10 times immediately after blood collection to reach a proper mix of additive and blood.
2. Repeat the inversion process before placing the ESR tube into the ESR rack.
3. Insert ESR tube into rack.
4. Align the blood level to 0 position on the ESR rack.
5. After 30 minutes read the result for 1 hour Sedimentation result.
