ThirdEye-Video was our first product and we have improved the image quality from 420 tv lines to 700 tv lines now. An analogue resolution of 700 tv (horizontal) lines is quite comparable to HD video (1.280x720pixels, HD ready), but has the advantages of analogue video to record directly to DVD recorder or via inexpensive capture devices to computer hard disk. This camera has manual focus, but it has a wide depth-of-focus of more than 10 cm (at a working distance of 50cm). ThirdEye-Video delivers uncompressed (analogue) composite video signals together with audio (built-in microphone) and thus is the perfect instrument for everyday documentation, recording patient education (prevention of recourse claims) and live internet streaming. ThirdEye-Video weighs about 135 grams and its handling is very easy as with all of our dental cameras.
