The XPRO Q is a 3D printing system designed for large-scale production, ideal for the rapid manufacturing of large quantities of burn-out models, orthodontic models, and gypsum-like models obtained from intraoral scanning. Designed for large-scale laboratories, XPRO Q boasts a 300 x 300 mm printing area for maximum productivity. It uses 3D stereolithography technology to obtain the extremely high resolution and definition required in the dental sector. This precision minimises the need for post-production finishing. The printer is compatible with the entire range of materials that DWS has developed for the dental sector and can handle all dental applications with accuracy and speed. It operates 24 hours a day, with maximum reliability and zero maintenance.The XPRO Q 3D printing system includes the following exclusive features: a PC with integrated touch screen makes it easy to launch print jobs. Four Solid State BlueEdge laser sources work simultaneously to ensure the fastest possible production times. These lasers are so precise that continuous shapes can be produced without visible layers, even near joints where the beams meet. The printer is, in fact, provided with a TTT (Tank Translation Technology) System, an electromechanical device that automatically moves the resin tank as a model is built, helping reducing localised wear to the tank caused by laser beam irradiation.
