Entry-level for pipeline inspections The Dylight Pipe is an entry-level inspection system, affordable and high-performing, equipped with all essential technical solutions. Its configuration is versatile and compact, featuring an integrated rejection system, and it can be quickly installed on a production line, immediately ready to inspect a wide range of products in any factory. Flexible design Thanks to the design of the inspection pipe, the machine length can be reduced to as little as 1 meter (minimum), and the system can be easily integrated into the existing production line using standard fittings. The air cooling system allows the machine to operate within a wide temperature range, without the need for an external water cooling system typically required by more powerful machines. Maintenance is extremely simple and fast: each main component (pipe, valve, generator, and detector) is easily installable, accessible, and removable thanks to the new design.
