Its back-illuminated pixel technology and large pixel size of 3.45µm helps bring superior sensitivity with quantum efficiency (Peak QE) which is superior to that of STARVIS series. Along with its sensitivity, the global shutter readout ensures distortion-free capture of fast-moving targets. Large sensor with large pixel size and global shutter is suitable for many life science and medical applications like fluorescence microscopy, live cell imaging, etc. This USB camera can capture high frame rate images without any motion blur and its IR sensitivity helps to produce stunning image quality even in the Near Infrared (NIR) regions. It has C-mount lens holder which allows customers to choose and use the lens according to their requirements. It is a Plug-and-Play camera (UVC compliant) for Windows and Linux.
