The Benralizumab ELISA is used as an analytical tool for quantitative determination of Benralizumab in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. The Benralizumab ELISA is for research use only and not to be used for diagnostic procedures.
The Benralizumab ELISA Assay Kit Assay Kit is For Research Use Only
Size: 12 x 8 wells
Standard Range: 10 ng/ml-320ng/ml
Sensitivity: 7.5 ng/ml
Sample Type: cell culture supernatant
Assay Principle
The method employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibodies to Benralizumab are pre-coated onto microwells. Samples and standards are pipetted into microwells and human Benralizumab present in the sample are bound by the capture antibody. Then, a HRP (horseradish peroxidase) conjugated anti-Benralizumab antibody is pipetted and incubated. After washing microwells in order to remove any non-specific binding, the ready to use substrate solution (TMB) is added to microwells and color develops proportionally to the amount of Benralizumab in the sample. Color development is then stopped by addition of stop solution. Absorbance is measured at 450 nm. The method employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique.
