In the arthroscopic treatment of femoroacetabular impingement of the Cam type, precise resection of the
bony protrusions on the head-neck junction near the joint is a particular challenge.
In order to avoid under or over-correction, a good overview is needed. While this is normally ensured
in the ventral portion of the femoral neck, the overview may be limited during milling at the lateral and
especially in posterolateral regions.
The design of the Hip-perfect burr enables a good view even of these hard-to-reach places due to its
special curvature and narrow design. The especially machined ball head enables reliable milling in nearly
all positions.
