Service without handling: no need to separate the hot/cold elements, the trolley has a hot and a cold compartment, the tray slides between the 2 compartments of the trolley.

Available in monobloc: cooling unit integrated to the trolley
or as a separate unit: cooling unit on a fixed terminal, not linked to the trolley.
