Description

EliZyme™ Green MIX and EliZyme™ Green Blue MIX are PCR mixes that use a proprietary intercalating dye that does not hinder PCR, leading to market-leading sensitivity and reproducibility. The mixes also employ advanced enzyme, hot start, and reaction buffer technology, resulting in better pipetting accuracy and avoiding primer-dimer formation and non-specific amplification. EliZyme™ Green Blue MIX also includes a non-reactive blue dye for easy sample visualization during pipetting. Both mixes are compatible with all qPCR platforms, under standard and fast cycling conditions, and can be used for absolute quantification, relative gene expression analysis, high-throughput qPCR from various DNA templates, amplification of low copy number targets, and specific amplification from complex templates. The antibody-mediated hot start technology enhances reaction sensitivity and specificity, while the rapid extension rate ensures early Cq values. EliZyme™ Green MIX and EliZyme™ Green Blue MIX offer improved performance and minimal optimization requirements, thanks to the latest developments in polymerase technology and advanced buffer chemistry.
