The EliGene® TBEV LC kit is designed for the detection and quantification of RNA tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) virus. The kit is for research purpose only, not for use in diagnostics.
Principle of the method
The kit is based on reverse transcription with qPCR in a single tube. In this kit, primers and fluorescence-labeled probes (FAM and HEX) are used to detect TBE virus and internal controls.
