EmerTher Genomic Magnetic DNA Extraction Kit is used for extraction of DNA from blood, cells, saliva, tissues, and other biological samples. The kits are composed of superparamagnetic nanoparticles and an efficient extraction reagent system. The high quality genomic DNA extracted by our kit can be directly applied for a variety of down-stream experiments, including restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, cDNA library construction, Southern blotting, gene sequencing, etc. Product Features： 1）Fast: 40 min extraction time. 2）High quality DNA: 1-10µg/200µl blood, OD260/280 1.7-1.9. 3）Compatible with anticoagulants: Can be used with common anticoagulants (EDTA, ACD, heparin sodium, etc.). 4）Automation: Compatible with most automatic nucleic acid extraction instruments and liquid handlers. Pre-packed 96-well plates with necessary solutions are available. Manual extraction procedure: 1) Add sample to a lysis-binding buffer to enable cell lysis, DNA release and DNA binding to magnetic beads. 2) Apply magnetic force enabling easy wash of the beads with wash solutions. 3) Elute DNA from the beads using elution solution. Automatic extraction procedure: 1) For bottle format: transfer reagents to plates; For prefilled plate format: take out pre-filled plates, remove aluminum cover. 2) Add samples into individual vials. 3) Place the plates into an automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument/liquid handler. The instrument will automatically complete the whole extraction process.
