Datanalyst software helps pharmacologists handle their experimental data by processing calculated and statistical parameters from files generated by IOX2 software.
This time-consuming task is fully automated by the software, that manages raw data files from an unlimited number of experiments.
Data are pooled together for batch analysis or simply for review. A fast and versatile data extraction is performed through automated protocols and presented in concise tabular format.
GLP modules can be added to provide full GLP compliance.
Interactive display and review
Datanalyst allows displaying derived parameters from various experiments, with direct access to the raw data signals.
Display can be adjusted to show and compare trends of the same parameters from different experiments, or all parameters from one experiment.
Experimental marks such “recording period”, “injection”, comments or calibration are visible, and can be used to directly access corresponding physiological data.
Fast and versatile data extraction
To process calculated and statistical parameters, Datanalyst software performs data extraction through automated protocols.
Protocols consist in a sequence of calculation tasks (minimum, maximum, average, aera under the curve, maximum derivative…) from a define treatment period, or at specific intervals of points.
For example:
“Extract maximum values from each period of a dose/response curve”
