Tyvek®

The Steri-Bag is used for packaging pharmaceutical components and offers excellent protection at the mechanical level. The sealing of the product is fusion sealed, so it cannot be peeled, so it offers maximum protection of the product inside. The Steri-Bag is available in two versions, depending on the material coupling: Tyvek® 1073B + HDPE Film Tyvek® 1073B + Tyvek 1073B Tyvek® is a breathable material made from pure polyethylene fibers, known for its excellent protection against microbial penetration, tears and punctures. It also offers easy peelability when opening the product. The Tyvek® pouch is suitable for sterilization by ETO (Ethylene Oxide) and steam at 121°C (STEAM steam) due to its mechanical strength at high temperatures. Each pouch is produced in an ISO 8-compliant environment, ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and hygiene, in line with industry requirements. The Steri-Bag is printed with a STEAM spoilage indicator and dedicated text that helps define which color the indicator should turn into following sterilization.
