Aluminum packaging pouch

The Liquid Pouch represents a versatile and highly protective packaging solution. Thanks to its poly-coupled film and aluminum design, it provides an effective barrier against moisture and oxygen, while providing significant resistance to impact and UV damage. This level of protection is possible because of the aluminum coating present within the material structure. This product was created to hold liquid, gel or powder-based material so as to take full advantage of its shape and barrier effect. The Liquid Pouch is available in various formats including a stand-up/Doypack version, one with double side gussets, and one equipped with minigrips for easy opening. In terms of materials, on the other hand, it is possible to opt for two conformations: with both sides made of aluminum, for optimal protection against external agents; with both sides transparent, allowing the contained product to be viewed without compromising safety. These packaging solutions can be sterilised by irradiation or, in some cases, by steam at 121°C.
