Description

This Tyvek® medical pouch and film offers a reliable solution for protecting medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic devices, with customisation and sterilisation options to meet industry-specific needs. The pouch is composed of uncoated Tyvek® and clear poly-coated plastic film to enable secure and durable device packaging. Tyvek® is a breathable material composed of pure polyethylene fibers, which offers high protection against microbial penetration, tears and punctures, while also allowing easy opening of the product. The pouch can be made from three different types of Tyvek®: 1073B, 1059B, 2FS. This type of pouch is also suitable for sterilisation by ETO (Ethylene Oxide) and irradiation due to its PE (Polyethylene) chemical composition. Each pouch is produced in a controlled environment conforming to ISO 8 standard, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Encaplast offers the option of customising the Tyvek® pouch by taking advantage of high-quality, four-color or up to eight-color printing to meet branding and information needs. The medical pouch can also be customised through the addition of toning indicators.
