Tyvek®

An outstanding solution for reliable and durable device packaging, thanks to its composition of both coated and uncoated Tyvek®. Tyvek® is a breathable material using pure polyethylene fibers, this provides superior protection against microbial penetration, tears and puncture. Its significant peelability during product opening improves overall convenience. The sheet is available with straight corners, rounded corners or in custom shapes to ensure the necessary flexibility to fit specific needs. The sheet range includes three versions of Tyvek®: 1073B, 1059B, 2FS. This variety allows the solution to be tailored to special needs. The PE-based chemical composition makes our sheet suitable for sterilisation by ETO and IRRADIATION. Uncoated Tyvek® 1073B sheet is also suitable for steam sterilisation at 121°C(STEAM). Our production takes place in an ISO 8 Clean Room, this allows us to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We also offer the ability to personalize the sheet through high-quality printing, with options for up to four colors or four-color printing. This customisation facilitates content identification and visual communication. Also crucial is the option to include spoilage indicators.
