The Header-Bag with Tyvek® insert offers a versatile option for packaging and sterilising procedural kits or medical devices of various sizes, providing exceptional protection against moisture and oxygen. In addition, thanks to the aluminum barrier layer integrated into the material structure, the product is able to provide significant impact and UV resistance. This type of Header-Bag can be sterilised in two ways: through the ETO process, which, thanks to the Tyvek® insert, allows it to breathe safely and evenly, or by irradiation. Tyvek® is made from high-density polyethylene fibers. It is a lightweight, strong and breathable material, yet at the same time resistant to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration and aging. Its ease of opening facilitates the operator during packaging while maintaining the hygiene and sterility of the contents. All Header-Bags are produced in a controlled environment, conforming to ISO 8 standard. This packaging solution can be customised with up to 8-color or four-color printing and include additional features such as a V-shape, as well as protection from light, gas and external agents.
