The aluminum polybag represents a highly protective packaging solution. Thanks to the aluminum coating, such an pouch provideshigh protection against moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide, while preserving the integrity of its contents. In addition, the aluminum barrier layer imparts remarkable resistance to both impact and UV rays. The pouch is available in two different configurations: easy opening (Easy Peel): equipped with a peelable frame for easy access to contents; fusion welding with pre-cutting: characterized by strong welding and pre-cutting, for effortless opening. This pouch is also available in two material variants: with both sides made of aluminum: offers optimal protection, preserving the contents from external agents; with an aluminum side and a transparent side: allows visibility of the inner product without compromising security. Sterilization by steam irradiation at 121°C (steam steam) is possible upon request . Encaplast offers the option of customizing the pouch with high-quality printing, up to eight colors or four-color, to meet branding and information needs. Each pouch is produced in a controlled environment conforming to ISO 8 standard to ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
