The Leal Mono-PE Medical Pouch is an advanced packaging proposition that combines uncoated Tyvek® with transparent mono-material plastic film. This combination is an environmentally friendly and safe solution for device packaging, providing the desired protection and customisation. Tyvek® is a breathable material that provides excellent protection against microbial penetration, tears and punctures. It is also known for its peelability when opening the product. The Leal Mono-PE Pouch can be made using three different types of Tyvek®: 1073B, 1059B or 2FS, movies only. This product is compatible with sterilisation by ETO or irradiation due to its PE-based chemical composition. Each pouch is produced in an ISO 8-compliant environment to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene. Encaplast offers the ability to customise the Leal Mono-PE Pouch with high-quality printing, up to eight colors or four-color, to meet branding and informational needs.
