G-scan Equine is the top-class Equine MRI.
Traditional MRI systems are only capable of scanning the limbs of horses from the carpus and tarsus distally. Based on revolutionary design and rotating mechanism, G-scan Equine allows veterinarians to easily scan the stifle joint and the neurocranium.
Moreover, G-scan Equine can be used for small animals’ applications. Optional coils can be added to the standard configuration to further facilitates the work of the MRI tech making for a faster scan and better image quality.
APPLICATIONS:
G-scan Equine is a Magnetic Resonance (MRI) device that produces transversal, sagittal, dorsal, and oblique cross-section images of the internal structure of the animal anatomy: carpus, Fetlock, Stifle, Pastern, Hock, Hoof, Splanchnocranium and Neurocranium.
G-scan Equine can also be used for small animals applications: Neurocranium, Cervical Spine, Cervico-Thoracico, Thoraco-lumbar, Paw, Brachial plexus Lumbosacral, Shoulder, Elbow, Stifle/Knee, Hip, Carpus.
