GYNECARE TVT ABBREVO® System has the same mesh design as laser cut mesh used in obturator systems.1 It is comparable to a full length transobturator sling in terms of fixation strength in the obturator membrane.2 GYNECARE TVT ABBREVO® Continence System uses less mesh but provides the same tension-free support.
