The Animal Activity Analysis Module measures movement using a three-dimensional accelerometer integrated into the Bluetooth telemetry emitter of the DECRO jackets.
This module automatically calculates acceleration parameters, enabling quantitative assessment of spontaneous or forced activity in various environments (e.g., treadmill, home cage). These parameters are known to be proxies of Activity Energy Expenditure.
