Anti-decubitus cushion manufactured with polyester hollow fibers. It is extremely fluffy and elastic, thanks to the filling fibers inside a sanforized cotton bag. The fibers, covered by a thin silicone layer, permit a better sliding between themselves, avoiding the clumping. This guarantees a good contact pressure distribution and an excellent skin ventilation (also due to the quilting). Available in a central-hole version, equipped with laces for the wheelchair fastening. Intended use: preventive cushion for patients at low risk. The cover is not removable
