Description

The Equinoxe® Preserve stem is the next generation platform stem. Created from the collaborative efforts of our global surgeon thought leaders and world-class engineers, the Preserve stem was designed to preserve distal humeral bone while also achieving optimal stability and fixation. This platform stem is compatible with the Equinoxe shoulder system that uniquely focuses on anatomical replication, reverse shoulder arthroplasty and options for difficult glenoids and revisions. Revision Friendly Designed with a shortened stem length and polished distal tip in case of stem removal. Next generation platform stem is used in conjunction with the Equinoxe® shoulder system, which is backed by 15 + years of clinical use. Stability and Fixation Full-length fins are designed to provide rotational stability. Plasma coating and grit blast allow for biologic fixation. Intraoperative Flexibility Streamlined technique with fewer steps. Equinoxe platform stem provides flexibility to choose between anatomic and reverse intraoperatively.
