Intelligent washer-disinfector DesCERT

The DesCERT is a multi-purpose steam disinfector for highly reproducible and safe disinfection control in Hospital bed cleaning departments and in industry. A flexible loading system, high performance process technology and innovative accessories guarantee low cycle times, optimum Efficiency and highest profitability. The DesCERT is a medical device according to 93/42/EEC and marked with CE 0197. Intelligent loading and transport alternatives - the chamber is equipped with electrically driven horizontal sliding doors. With an installation in a pit (models B5 to B10) the inner chamber bottom is on ground level and the DesCERT is prepared for loading with heat and steam resistant carts. An installation above ground level (models S5 to S10) requires a combined loading system consisting of transport and loading carts. Patented LAUTENSCHLÄGER door seal system - the inflatable door seal is maintenance-free for several thousand cycles. The design of this system guarantees 100% leak tightness during its whole lifespan. Our contribution to economy and ecology – the innovative cooling water recycle system reduces the fresh water demand by several hundred litres per cycle ... in combination with a closed loop cold water supply no more precious drinking water is required for cooling purposes. Preventive maintenance only once a year – low-wear components, durable and accurate instrumentation and a high-volume tube condenser permit long sevice intervals and lowest maintenance costs ... even in operation with non-softened cooling water.
