A major challenge of clinics, laboratories, hospitals and immunization centers, among others, is ensuring efficient conservation of its products and inputs.
Fanem's hemato-immuno conservation chambers were designed with a focus on operational agility and safety. Its EBS battery system, in the event of power outages, enables operation for various hours in critical situations, ensuring the best temperature uniformity performance compared to other models in the market.
Main features
• Internal structure can thermoplastic or optionally in 304 stainless steel which avoids corrosion, with rounded corners for easy cleaning and sterilization; housing is made out of chemically treated steel plates with a white epoxy paint finish;
• Internal barrier in transparent acrylic with doors;
• High-density polyurethane thermal insulation on all the walls;
• Internal capacity:
16,000 5-ml doses;
DAQ (Data Acquisition) - registers data in memory for up to 10 days, allowing for subsequent consultation of temperature variations.
• Cooling system containing R600 hydrocarbon ecological gas, with no CFC.
NON STOP SYSTEM
Keeps the fan operating continuously and does not affect internal temperature uniformity, even during power outages when battery mode is activated.
TRI SENSOR
Equipment outfitted with standard “TRI-SENSOR” technology, where one sensor measures temperature, immersed in a solution simulating the real temperature of the stored vaccine; another directly in the air for temperature control, enabling rapid response of the system, and the third is linked to the safety thermostat and operates independently.
