Designed for use on vehicles with a tail-lift or ramp and based around the proven design of the Pegasus trolley but incorprating width-extending cotsides to accomodate larger-size patients, Ferno's Megasus trolley increases the capability for more specialst patient transfers including the transportation of bariatric patients. Bariatric trolleys need to perform two vital functions – keeping the patient comfortable and secure, and ensuring that the operator can perform their job easily and without risk of injury. The Megasus is Ferno’s highly effective solution to this challenge, designed to carry patients up to 400kg and accommodate their associated physical body mass.
