Opallis LAB
Resin composite for indirect use.
• High resistance and esthetics
• Longer working time
Advantages
High mechanical and wear resistance: Greater longevity of restoraion.
Excellent consistency: Easy handling and application.
Easy polishing: Highly esthetic restorations.
Longer working time: The formulation exclusive to a laboratory resin allows a longer working time to sculpt the restorations.
Shade and opaque diversity: The system has shades for enamel, dentin and translucent. Also, 3 opaque shades for masking of darkened substrates and metals.
Versatility: It can be used in association with Brava Block for characterization.
Indications
Indicated for preparation of indirect restorations.
• Single-unit total crowns (applied to a metal infrastructure or not)
• Bridges (applied to a metal infrastructure)
• Inlays

After proper machining of the metal structure, with the due mechanical retentions, apply a sandblast, aluminum oxide or glass spheres, and then wash and dry well.
To improve adherence of Opaque Composite on the metal, we recommend: apply a thin layer of Ambar Universal APS (FGM) with a fine brush or Cavibrush (FGM) and spread well; then, apply another layer and photoactivate for 30 seconds.
Apply a thin layer of Opaque Composite over the treated metal structure, from 3 to 5 minutes, in a light curing oven. Repeat this operation until the desired coverage.Increment with Opallis LAB, progressing (observing the thickness of 1.5mm per layer) and add to the light curing oven for 1 minute at each increment. The final light curing time will be 2 to 3 minutes.
