Fill volumes range of 1ml-130 ml Ideal for applications that require dispensing two different liquids at different fill volumes Can be easily converted to our Econofil automated filling system if your production speeds increase to the level of needing automation. The FILAMATIC® DAB-8 bench-top top medium duty filling system is a semi-automatic, medium duty liquid filler, ideal for repetitive dispensing of liquids from water-thin to semi-viscous, including molten products, and products with small particulates. The DAB Series can accommodate fill volumes ranging from 3ml to 260ml with the ability to mix and match pumps and nozzles for optimal versatility and flexibility. The Model DAB-8 delivers fill speed at a max rate of 16 RPM or 32 bottles per minute theoretically. Ideal for fill volumes from 3ml-260ml. When filling a semi viscous liquids such as MCT oils, lotions, essential oils etc. We recommend a 60ml capacity pump with a fill volume range of 13ml-130ml. If purchasing a 260ml pump with the DAB-8 we recommend this pump size for aqueous liquids only. These recommendations are based on the max torque that the DAB-8 delivers.
