The Helios Circular Sieve Shaker is especially recommended for control and safety sieving for both solids and liquids. It is very useful in confined spaces where the reception of material and the unloading of the sieved product are in close proximity. It permits a large product volume and a single sieving level. They are often installed at the outlet of discharge chutes, grinding mills, mixers, etc. The inlet feed and product outlets are on the centre of the sieve shaker itself, it acting practically as a strainer. It is easy to install. It can be supplied on a wheeled support or alone, to be inserted within an installation. It is made from stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) with two lateral motors, fitted on opposite sides, through which a three-dimensional motion in the horizontal and vertical planes is achieved, allowing excellent material flow.
