Description

The FISBA READYBeam™ is our answer to customers increasing demand for compact, powerful and reliable multicolor laser source that can be easily integrated into existing set-ups. The multicolor laser module is available in four main configurations and can easily be configured upon request. The turnkey, compact fiber coupled laser combiner is entirely manufactured in Switzerland. Multicolor concept: 3 channels in one pre-aligned housing Turn key solution with standard RS 485 interface Singlemode fiber Software control Embedded TEC cooling Embedded electronics Individual control of each wavelength Digital, analog and mixed modulation modes Flow Cytometry The 2019 pandemic situation drove renewed interest and demand for Flow Cytometry solutions. Flow Cytometry has become a standard method in biotechnological research and in biotechnological process. It delivers up to 20 parameters with one measurement, and can be part of a highly automated system with over 100 events/sec. The resolution can be down to the singular cell level or to cell populations. This makes Flow Cytometry one of the most powerful tools in modern Biotechnology with applications such as “rare event” detection in drug screening, biomarker discovery, or cell cycle analysis, to name just a few. Proper illumination of the cells inside the flow chamber is a demanding task. The laser parameters, including the energy distribution, power stability, and overall beam quality need to meet stringent specifications to achieve clean signals for data analysis.
