Description

While it mostly arrives at the other palletizing of FLG on speed and precision when handling relatively small objects and weights, the PORTAL-Line is designed more for handling high weights and high clock power and precise positioning. Integrated robotic solutions also require precious floor space and are often themselves in the way. With the PORTAL-line the entire area is used optimally below the portal and it can easily large areas of work covered. The basic structure consists of a powder-coated square steel tube frame and a total of four main axes. X, Y and Z-axis are linear, in-house developed and manufactured, NC servo axes, driven by maintenance-free servo motors. The optional use of the telescope axes PORTAL-Line is the perfect solution for low room heights. The fourth axis is a pneumatic rotary axis to use to align the packages according to the palletizing. The PORTAL-Line is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive, consumer, electrical, plastic industry, etc. Dimensions min. (L x W x H) - 2,500 x 2,500 x 4,400 mm Lifting capacity - Up to 60 kg (standard) Stacking height - Max. 1,800 mm (standard) Tray feed - Conveyor technology or lift truck/stacker Drive - Motor-driven Clock time - > 300 packing items/h Control Menu - Siemens S7 (standard) Siemens IPC, Beckhoff IPC Pallet transport using conveyor technology Telescopic Z axis More than 2 pallet spaces 2 track motions(X axes)
