High-Throughput Detection
The system integrates IFC preparation, thermal cycling and detection of PCR-based assays on Standard BioTools IFCs. Supporting detection of up to three fluorescent dyes per assay, the system acquires data for each reaction chamber on the IFC simultaneously and can operate in either real-time or endpoint detection mode depending on the needs of the application.
