The 21 Maxpar panel kits for flow cytometry consist of optimized panels of antibodies in liquid format that measure up to 34 surface or intracellular targets on human or mouse cells. Panel kits target specific applications such as cell cycle and signaling pathways, or phenotypic and functional markers associated with specific cell types including stem cells, T and B cells or monocytes/macrophages. Kits include all buffers and other reagents needed to perform 25 tests. Kits can be combined with each other or individual antibodies to rapidly create customized panels measuring 35 or more parameters simultaneously.
