The right amount of force to achieve the goal painlessly and safely. For an intelligent lingual treatment FORESTADENT BioLingual® archwires are specially designed for lingual treatments. The round archwires are made from nickel-titanium and thanks to their thermo-activity develop their full force level only at body temperature. This also makes ligating the archwires an easy task. BioLingual® archwires are very elastic and only transfer low forces to the teeth that need to be moved. Their unique smooth surface reduces the friction between the archwire and bracket, which allows for efficient and quicker treatments. BioLingual® archwires are offered in mushroom shape. To guarantee the perfect fit of the archwire, more than 200 jaws were digitally recorded for the determination of the optimal mushroom shape and assessed according to their dental arch form.
