The P-6/5 phantom head is the most sophisticated training aid, description corresponding to P-6/3 including the following additional features: the inclination of condylar guidance is adjustable on both sides thus allowing the idéal anterior and canine guidance or a fully balanced occlusion to be simulated. The basic géométrie dimensions can be measured and the models can be transferred to partial and fully adjustable articulators. A nose has been added to the skull dôme and the articulator is provided with corresponding fixing pins at the hinge-axis points for mounting of anatomical face bows and hinge-axis localizers (dental model not included)
