Q-Max® with glass fiber filter media (GF) is supplied with two nominal retention efficiencies. Depth filters like glass fiber filters do not have an absolute pore size like membrane filters. The efficiency is 95-98% of the stated retention efficiencies. - 13 mm and 25 mm with nominal retention of 0.7 and 1.0 µm. GF is used for filtration of heavy contaminated solutions, as pre-filter and for non-critical filtrations.
