These blast freezers allow a very fast temperature drop for homogenous and reproducible freezing, right at the core of your products. 1 volume suited for all your needs The CRP100 allows to freeze 100 bags of 280mL. The different versions (water condenser, remote air condenser, remote cooling unit) make it possible to adapt perfectly to the installation premises as well as to the constraints of use. The interface intuitive Cycle control is via a colour touch screen installed on the door. This screen allows you to manage the CRP programming as well as the visualization of the temperatures, the time taken and the current freezing cycle. Freezing under surveillance The operating temperatures (air temperature and inside pockets) are continuously monitored and displayed. At the end of the freezing cycle, a colour code informs you at a glance whether the cycle went well or not. Ergonomics designed for users Products can be loaded with a trolley on wheels for fast and safe loading. Once the freezing cycle is complete, the cart can be taken out and emptied without being in direct contact with cold parts and thus avoid the risk of burning due to the cold.
