Cementless shoulder prosthesis HUMERIS®

The Humeris 3 Anatomical is a 135° neck shaft angle platform-style convertible stem. The short 100mm humerai stem has a dual geometry proximally designed to ensure better cementless fixation. The distal end has a smooth polished surface if cementing is required and a fiat area for better diaphyseal stability. The plasma sprayed CP Ti (titanium) and HA (hydroxyapatite) coating proximally is designed to promote long term fixation. The stem is attached to the head by a double morse taper. There are available alternate double taper options to convert the neck shaft angle to 132° or 138° from 135°. The spacer options +3 or +5mm will give alternative solutions for variable head heights in case of instability. The female taper can be reversed during révision surgery or convert the prosthesis from anatomical to reverse. Features include 4 cementless stem size options (8mm to 14mm), 42 possible humerai head size options (39mm to 50mm in both centered and eccentric with additional eccentric options for sizes 52 and 54mm for Hemi arthroplasty only) and our First-and-Only-to-Market Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated alternate bearing surface option coated Humerai Heads. Optimally sized glenoid options are available in 2 pegs, cernent only option or a 3-4 pegs with a cementless central peg option. 4 sizes available (XS, S, M, L).
